This marks a significant expansion of the company’s brushless flat technology capabilities, featuring a 60mm frame size, 38.2mm body length, and an outer rotor slotted configuration with an open body design. This design enhances heat management, offering improved efficiency in a compact form.

With a torque capacity of up to 298 mNm, the 60ECF motor can be seamlessly paired with Portescap’s R22HT, R26HT, R32, R32HT, and R40 gearheads, providing exceptional output torque and speed reduction. The motor is available in both sensored and sensorless options, with the former utilizing hall sensors to facilitate easy position control.

Designed to meet the demands of applications requiring high power density and smooth output torque, the 60ECF is well-suited for use in Aerospace & Defense, Robotics, Industrial Automation, and Surgical Robotics.
