Bharat Gears Reports Strong FY 2025–26 Performance with 417% Surge in Net Profit

Bharat Gears Limited (BGL), one of India’s leading manufacturers of precision automotive gears, has reported a strong financial performance for the financial year 2025–26, underlining the company’s continued focus on operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency and sustainable growth.

According to the company’s Annual Report FY 2025–26, total income increased by 21.60% year-on-year to ₹79,050 lakhs, reflecting steady business expansion and strong customer demand. The company also witnessed significant improvement in profitability, with EBITDA rising 110.68% to ₹5,859 lakhs, while the EBITDA margin improved to 7.47%, representing a 74.53% year-on-year increase.

Bharat Gears posted an exceptional rise in bottom-line performance, with Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching ₹1,650 lakhs, marking a remarkable 417.24% year-on-year growth. The company’s PAT margin also doubled to 3.0%, recording a 200% increase over the previous fiscal year.

Commenting on the results, the company stated that the strong performance reflects the strength of its customer partnerships, engineering excellence and operational capabilities, while reaffirming its commitment to creating sustainable value for customers and stakeholders.
