Arm Expands Presence in Bengaluru with Second Office
Bengaluru, India – British semiconductor giant Arm is set to expand its footprint in Bengaluru by acquiring a new building for a second office in the city. The move is aimed at supporting the company’s growth and strengthening its operations in India’s largest technology hub.
Peter Stephens, Arm’s director of government relations, announced the expansion at the CII International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, emphasizing the company’s commitment to leveraging Bengaluru’s skilled talent pool. Currently, Arm employs around 2,000 professionals in the city.
The company’s existing office at Bagmane World Technology Center fosters innovation and collaboration, and the addition of a new facility further reinforces Arm’s dedication to India’s semiconductor ecosystem. The expansion highlights India’s growing significance in the global semiconductor industry as companies invest in local talent and infrastructure.
