Steven Green, ANCA President, Americas
ANCA has announced the appointment of Steven Green as President, Americas, as the cutting-tool grinding technology specialist strengthens its leadership team and continues to expand its presence across the Americas.
Green brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning industrial automation and robotics. During his career, he has held senior positions with BHS Robotics, Jenoptik, KUKA Robotics and Kinova Robotics, gaining extensive experience in building regional businesses, developing channel networks and working with major automotive and aerospace manufacturers.
In his new role at ANCA, Green will focus on supporting the company’s continued growth across the Americas. His background in automation, robotics and industrial technology is expected to contribute to ANCA’s regional expansion and customer engagement strategies.
Alongside the leadership change, Russell Riddiford, who joined ANCA in 1988, is moving into a new role focused on strategic growth opportunities, adjacent applications and partnerships.
Riddiford has played a significant role in establishing and developing ANCA’s Americas business. Over nearly four decades with the company, he helped build the regional operation from the ground up and contributed to establishing ANCA’s market-leading position in the Americas.
As part of the transition, Riddiford will work closely with Green to ensure continuity for ANCA’s customers, partners and employees.
The leadership transition combines Green’s experience in industrial automation, robotics and regional business development with Riddiford’s extensive knowledge of ANCA and the Americas market. The company expects the new structure to support its future growth while continuing to strengthen customer and partner relationships across the region.
