DN Solutions Global has inaugurated an advanced manufacturing facility spread across 25 acres in India, marking a crucial milestone in the company’s expansion and strengthening its long-term commitment to the Indian machine tool market.
The new facility makes India only the second country outside South Korea where DN Solutions has established a manufacturing base. The plant is expected to support the company’s plans to introduce Made-in-India machine models, at the same time enabling greater localisation and faster response to Indian customers’ requirements.
With a portfolio of more than 350 machine models, DN Solutions aims to strengthen its presence in India by expanding local manufacturing capabilities and bringing its technologies closer to customers.
The inauguration was welcomed by Machine Tools India Limited (MTI), which is a partner of DN Solutions in India. MTI congratulated Mr WonJong Kim, Mr Youngsam Kim and the entire DN Solutions team on the milestone and highlighted the significance of the facility for the company’s future growth in the country.
The development also reflects the Karnataka Government’s efforts to facilitate industrial investments. According to MTI, the land for the project was allotted around two years ago, with permissions and approvals being fast-tracked to enable the facility to become operational within a relatively short period.
The new manufacturing facility is expected to strengthen DN Solutions’ capabilities in India further, supporting increased localisation, manufacturing responsiveness and customer engagement. For MTI, the inauguration represents another important step in its partnership with DN Solutions and the growth of advanced machine tool manufacturing in India.
The company plans to bring its customers to the new facility in the coming months, providing them with an opportunity to experience DN Solutions’ manufacturing capabilities and technology offerings in India.
