According to a regulatory filing, the newly incorporated entity will focus on the manufacturing of aircraft, aerospace products, and related business activities. While Mahindra has not disclosed details regarding investment, manufacturing facilities, or project timelines, the establishment of a dedicated aerospace subsidiary underscores the group’s commitment to expanding its footprint in this high-growth sector.
