It’s time to get back to the basics and get a primer on the fundamentals of gear design and analysis. If you are interested in all things gear-related, be it gears, gear systems, design development or even just measurement and inspection techniques, then this course is designed especially for you.

From understanding gear geometry, types and arrangements to learning gear system design process, gear measurement and inspection techniques, this course will cover it all including gaining knowledge as to how a gear pair works through a step-by-step design process.

You will also learn how to know the basic gear measurement techniques, how measurement equipment and test machines implement these techniques, and how to interpret the results from these basic measurements.

This in an in-person course in Chicago between June 6 –  June 8.
